If you have signed in to Posh Josh using your Facebook account and would like us to delete the personal data we have received from Facebook (such as your name and email address), you can request deletion in either of the following ways:
- Email us at hello@poshjosh.com.au with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request", including the email address or name associated with your account.
- Delete your account from within your Posh Josh customer account, or ask us to do this for you.
Once we receive your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your Facebook login from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, order and payment records).
This data is controlled by Supreme Project Group Pty Ltd (Australia), the operator of Posh Josh (poshjosh.com.au).
